2010 GYMKHANA
For the 6th year in a row the RAC Equestrian riders traveled to Clearwater Camp to compete against the girls. The Gymkhana competition began in 2005 and the RAC guys have never lost a competition… and again this year that was the case. Though the Equestrian’s at Red Arrow would like to stress that they are not competitive, but just do it for the fun. At the recent competition RAC won 7 events and Clearwater won 3 events. RAC won beginner’s obstacle, relay race, pole weaving race, musical hay bales, water race, barebacked lead line and the boot scramble. The final race was the staff Bareback race with Fred Albright, Gerry Cumpiano, Oscar Cumpiano and Brendan Murphy representing Red Arrow.
The team easily led RAC to a victory against the Clearwater staff !
